Land titling and its impact.

In the next few months, the President Ricardo martinelli’s promises of titiling land will materialize.  The head of ANATI (the new insitution for land titling) Alejandro Catsillero expects to start titling within 3 months.  People that currently own beachfront property and go through the titling process will go through a considerable appreciation curve.  Buying right of possession and titling will have its payoff.

Senepol Brahman crossbreed

The characteristics of this Bull help the Brahman breed.

We are currently breeding Senepol with Brahman and the results have been formidable.  The weight gain of this crossbreed is outstanding. With the Brahman breed, the Senepol gains height, with the Senepol breed the animal gains girth weight.  The senepol featured in this picture won best Senepol male in the last Azuero fair.  The symmetry of this animal and the musculature is a feature that really improves the Brahman.
